I drove 50 miles to check out a very nice truck at Lima Auto Mall. Greeted promptly at the door by Dan Cherkas. Truck was immaculately clean. Took test drive. Dan was very helpful. While the finance dept. was getting the paperwork done, Dan put the temp tags on, explained everything to me in the truck, programmed my cell # so I have hands free calling. He even tuned in Sirius XM to some Neil Young! He then called my insurance agent and transferred my coverage! Signed finance papers and I was out the door. My 50 mile drive back home was pleasant!
