Happy Customer! I went in with head knowing I wasn’t going to get approved. With my credit etc. until I was outside and he came outside and said.. you want the bad ne I went in with head knowing I wasn’t going to get approved. They Treat the Customer Right Once again the service department at Lima Auto Mall has come through for me. My truck wouldn't start leaving work late one night. Had it towed to Lima Auto Mall and they had me fixed the next day. They are very honest with their assessment of your vehicle and don't try to over sell any service. As for their sales department, they have always treated my family and I with the upmost respect.
