Excellent customer experience. Our salesman was Robert "Spanky" Mulcahy. We drove from Rock Island, IL which was a 6 hour trip one way as the car was found on Lima Auto mall websit Our salesman was Robert "Spanky" Mulcahy. We drove from Rock Island, IL which was a 6 hour trip one way as the car was found on Lima Auto mall website. Spanky greeted us as soon as we got out of the car. That never happened to us before during many years of purchasing cars. Throughout the whole transaction he was helpful and really seemed to care about our experience. Before we had driven off we had a tour of the car which was very beneficial and also the name of a local BBQ restaurant to try, plus free candy!! Can't say enough about Spanky.
