Ryan was very friendly. He moved very quickly in getting the things nessasary done. They already had a sale price on the car so I couldn't get them to budge anymore. We bought a used vehicle from Lima Auto Mall through a eBay auction. The dealership is 800 miles from home and we were on a Thanksgiving vacation trip when the auction ended. We were able to look at, pay for, take delivery of the pickup and then leave to continue our trip in a few hours. Gerry was great to work with. We feel he went above what was required of him. We asked for new floor mats because there were none in the car when we purchased it. The next time we went there to have the oi was required of him. We asked for new floor mats because there were none in the car when we purchased it. The next time we went there to have the oil changed he had the mats waiting for us and was able to get the car in for the oil change even though they were fully booked. We were very appreciative of this as we live an hour from Lima. My experience at Lima Aunto Mall was excellent! As soon as we pulled in the lot, Ryan Swaney came out and introduced himself. He took 45 minutes to walk around the lot with my boyfriend and I answering any as we pulled in the lot, Ryan Swaney came out and introduced himself. Joshua was very helpful in showing us the our new Nissan Maxima and explaining how the technology package equipment worked.
