Gerry was great to work with. We feel he went above what was required of him. We asked for new floor mats because there were none in the car when we purchased it. The next time we went there to have the oi was required of him. We asked for new floor mats because there were none in the car when we purchased it. The next time we went there to have the oil changed he had the mats waiting for us and was able to get the car in for the oil change even though they were fully booked. We were very appreciative of this as we live an hour from Lima. This was an internet search and sale. We contacted the salesman via email, and got a fast reply. We traveled 250 miles to the dealership. The car was ready, the staff helpful and friendly. Honestly, it was easier than buying a Saturn with their “no haggle” car buying program. I explained to Gerry what I was looking for, where my financing had to be and not only did they meet but EXCEEDED my expectations in every aspect. I had to drive quite a distance (about 3.5 hours) to pick up the vehicle. The car was cleaned up and ready when I arrived, the paperwork was ready to be signed, and I was back on the road in under an hour. The whole experience was just fantastic!
