The service was good. I was curious why no offer to wash the vehicle was made, though. The previous oil change (which was the one I received complimentary for buying the car), the car was washed. Went right in when I got there and was greeted by everyone who was in there. They asked me if I knew where to wait and I did. They took the car right in and was done with my oil change within a hal everyone who was in there. They asked me if I knew where to wait and I did.
