I took my gladiator in for a driveline noise complaint. Instead of being told they could not duplicate the concern, I was strung along for over 30 days and over that time they drove the vehicle around the Instead of being told they could not duplicate the concern, I was strung along for over 30 days and over that time they drove the vehicle around the block twice, which was not my concern. Not once did my service advisor reach out with an update, I had to constantly call or text him to get an update. My vehicle was in for service for over 30 days without being offered a loaner vehicle or a rental. After the 30th business day without a diagnosis I contacted Jeep wave for help. About a week later I’m told that the dealer is unable to duplicate the concern and would like to proceed in voiding my warranty because the vehicle is heavily modified (it has a rubicon suspension swap). I’m extremely disappointed in Lithia CDJR and will be taking all of my future sales and service business elsewhere, even if that means over an hour drive for me. More
