The service Dept still rocks however with the other changes I'm not so sure. I've shared with other long time customers of Lithia Dodge of Billings and they say the same thing their not impressed with changes I'm not so sure. I've shared with other long time customers of Lithia Dodge of Billings and they say the same thing their not impressed with most of the changes. The changes seem to be more Dealership beneficial and not service provided. It seems to be tiring the hands of service providers which in turn takes away from the customer. This Dealership has alot of unhappy employees and that trickles down to the customer. Because of that if I had another place in Yellowstone County to get my approved warranty work done I'd go to them rather than Lithia Dodge of Billings. The two service writers I've relied on for years are still doing a good job however things have become difficult for them and thats not good for customers. I recently had a phone interview with someone who called about my recent visit and she was kind of rude. When I spoke she spoke over me so I just told her things were fine but they are not. More

*** BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP *** This dealership tried to scam me! Told me my belt broke and damaged my radiator, timing cover and other things that would cost right at $6000.00 to repair. I got a differe to scam me! Told me my belt broke and damaged my radiator, timing cover and other things that would cost right at $6000.00 to repair. I got a different shop to pick up my truck but the dealership would not release my truck until an oil change was paid for. They avoided my phone calls and attempts to pay over the phone so the other shop paid for it when picking up my truck. When that shop got my truck and checked everything, there was NO damage to the radiator or timing cover! Also found out the oil was NOT changed either!! A TOTAL RIP OFF!! In the dealerships defense, they did mail me a check for the oil change that was not done, weeks later after I left them a review that seems to have mysteriously disappeared. We'll see if this one sticks. More

Do not take your vehicle to Lithia Dodge service center. I called them earlier in the week and they told me that they could get my pickup in on Saturday so I brought it there on October 29th because I was h I called them earlier in the week and they told me that they could get my pickup in on Saturday so I brought it there on October 29th because I was having engine issues. One week goes by and I get a call from my extended warranty company asking for all of my service records so I get those sent over. Weeks go by and I don’t hear anything so I call to check the status of my vehicle and I am told that because my vehicle is on extended warranty that they have to wait until they have an open bay to work on it because it will have to sit until the warranty company decides if they are going to cover it. I call another 3 times over the next 3 months and I am told by the service advisor that other vehicles are more of a priority over mine because it is on extended warranty. He also told me that if I wanted to pay out of pocket that they could get it in that same day. So now I’m getting really pissed so I speak with the service manager and he apologizes for everything and that there was no excuse for what I was being told. He informed me that they would be getting it in that afternoon. After the process of taking my motor apart, contacting the warranty company to see what they will cover, and getting a new engine installed, it took just less than two weeks. So now after 16 weeks of being there, I finally got my pickup back. Certain people in the service department at Lithia Dodge do not care about you or your vehicle. But hey, they were nice enough to give me a 10% discount off the remaining balance that I owed 🖕🏼 More
