I told Jerry Gabriel what I wanted he showed me the perfect truck , great customer service very knowledgeable showed me the things anywhere else.... I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. I want to start by saying Zach, the salesperson I worked with, was excellent. He was honest, responsive, and genuinely tried to help me deserves one. I want to start by saying Zach, the salesperson I worked with, was excellent. He was honest, responsive, and genuinely tried to help me find a truck that fit my budget. He listened and treated me with respect the entire time. He did his job well and I would gladly work with him any day. Management, however, completely ruined the experience. I was very clear from the beginning about my budget and told them exactly where I needed to be financially. I was promised a straightforward, no nonsense conversation and told they understood my situation. Instead, the manager started well above the budget I had already explained multiple times. It felt like a deliberate attempt to push me into spending more than I had clearly said I could afford. Typical right? But I thought we had cleared the air of that. That’s what left the worst impression. Not the price, not the negotiation, but the feeling that honesty on my end wasn’t matched on theirs. If you tell a customer you understand their limits and then ignore them completely, that’s not transparency, that’s manipulation. I expected better from a Lithia. Trust matters in a purchase this big, and once that trust was gone, so was the deal. Its too bad too, I loved the vehicle. Again, Zach did everything right and deserves recognition for his effort and professionalism. Unfortunately, management turned what could have been a positive experience and review into one that left bad taste and sent me looking elsewhere. If you want tk be respected, this isnt the place. More
