I have been bringing my car to Lithia Chrysler for over 15 years and hands down Charlie is the very best in service! I always know exactly what is wrong and how much it is going to cost with no upselling o 15 years and hands down Charlie is the very best in service! He is always polite and very responsive and doesn’t talk down to me because I am female. Didn't have an appointment dropped off my gladiator at 7 a.m. Just needed an oil change and battery changed for auto stop/start. They called one and a half hours after i got home to let me know about chang a.m. Just needed an oil change and battery changed for auto stop/start. Had to take my Trackhawk in for a problem. Was helped by Bob Pearce. He was great about getting me a loaner and explaining my extended warranty.
