Everytime I come Bob the manager at the service desk is amazing and very knowledgable. Had both our Grand and Wrangler in the shop and he got us taken care of with our warranty and got it done fast. When I got there, there were 5 service reps without any customers. They wouldn't help me because I was just an oil change, tire rotation. I had to go to one person (who had a customer).
