The jeep has 160,000 miles on it with an intermittent problem, so it took a lot of work to get nowhere. Bob Pearce was very helpful during the diagnosis. Would help if I could get to know and be able to speak with one service writer when I needed something, as opposed to whichever gets assigned prompt.
