Lithia Chrysler Jeep of Reno - Service Center

We bought our 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Lithia and he was our salesman! This man is a man of his word and that's harder and harder to come by anymore.. I had an issue with my display and Lithia wasn't wa was our salesman! This man is a man of his word and that's harder and harder to come by anymore.. I had an issue with my display and Lithia wasn't wanting to fix the problem, but wanted to put the blame on me. Fought for 2 months on it. This wonderful guy and his manager are getting it fixed for me! Not sure what they said or how they are doing it, but I'm very grateful for them!
