This was a horrible experience. I will never take my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee back to this place nor will I return. Went to get my oil changed at a separate business was informed by I will never take my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee back to this place nor will I return. Went to get my oil changed at a separate business was informed by them I had an a antifreeze leak, not wanting anything to happen to my jeep I took it to lithia jeep in Reno Nv. What a mistake my car sat for 8 days before even looked at it then I was told it was under warranty by Jeep for a 2019 recall was told that the parts were on back order but by Monday they were going to be in in 1 or 2 days. That turned in to another week plus when I went to pick up my jeep the check engine light came on. Was told it probably was nothing because that was the first night it sat since being fixed. That was not the truth at all the jeep now needs an intake manafold. Was then advised to just drive it the only thing that might happen is the check engine light might come back on. Lithia Jeep had my jeep for almost 3 weeks and it still is not fixed. This service department is horrible, lies and is just rude. More
