These guys took my car which had no front rumble... after a 700 dollar break pad job. I brought it back.. xxx about why does it now rumble from the front.. when it never did before they touched it. I was dubious about the break pad change in the first place They're "solution" was to throw $500 at an engine mount repair on a thing that not only didn't fix the rumble.. It made it worse.. Mind you before I brought it to these "wizards" the car had no front end rumble. Rather then fixing it.. They're chasing super expensive repairs.. They promised an engine mount 500 or so would fix it.. It totally did not fix it. Now they're saying 1400 for a new drive shaft... I brought my car in to fix the front end rumble... Not to be charged expensive repairs on things that did not fix my front end.. Nor no end in sight as to when these bozos will stop charging me... They just keep "Fixing" things at huge cost... And leave it to me to drive around and find out they didn't fix xxxx. But happy to take my money and charge me for more xxxxxxxx work. Don't go to these idiots.. They'll screw your car up for real. They're accountability is zero. If you like being smiled out with excuses as they suggest yet more work for more money.. Hey.. Maybe even just.. Screw your car.. Buy another? They act like your money is nothing.. and why shouldn't you just fork it out in thousands to have them rip you off over and over and over... It's xxxxxxxx and these guys shouldn't be allowed to call themselves a dealer and do xxxxty xxx work like this... xxx Lithia ? That's how you do me.. Really????!!!??? More

This dealership always steers you to the proper corrective action rather than the one that make them the most money. My service department person went out of his way to schedule me for a Saturday cause I did not get time off for work. My experiences with all the service department guides was very bad it was very bad schedule me for a Saturday cause I did not get time off for work. My experiences with all the service department guides was very bad it was very bad they were arrogant talked down to us down to us I'm an older person and it just was not a good experience at all and wanted to argue about everything when I was going in town something was wrong with my car. This person was wonderful he was considerate kind and understanding. You can look at my order for when I had my service done to get his name please don't confuse him with any of the others there There is no comparison. More
