I was very surprised to learn that when I went to upgrade my Uconnect it caused all kinds of problems. Our first service went great. Jared Phearson, the service advisor was very professional and polite. The tech that did the work did a great job! Been a reno lithia jeep customer for ever. Service writer Charlie Sebastian been with me for years. I recently had a Mopar battery that only lasted 2 yrs, thankfully it was still under the warranty.
