Service work performed If you are over 50 you are familiar with "Old School" termonology. Tony, service writer, is Old School customer service. I had my Jeep dropped off and Tony quickly called and daily gave me updates on parts. I never had a concern or doubt that he was on it. When the parts came in the work was quickly completed and Tony called me with the great news. So often in todays world service is a lost virtue/value.
