My vehicle was brought in and then sat for a week before it was even touched. It was Christmas week and I wasn't even offered a loaner vehicle. I can understand some of the delay due to the holiday, it was even touched. It was Christmas week and I wasn't even offered a loaner vehicle. I can understand some of the delay due to the holiday, but this is our only vehicle and I told the service advisor that. No vehicle meant that we were stranded ... no grocery shopping, no church, no visiting friends and family for Christmas. That's not good customer service. I really would have appreciated a call on Friday updating me on the status of the repairs since the service advisor apparently doesn't work on Saturdays, as I was informed by the rude man who answered the phone. I've not had good experiences with Lithia in the past, and this visit did nothing to change my mind. The one positive was how polite Bob Pearce was in answering a ton of questions for me. More
