Jared the service tech was five stars with his customer service,... took 5,5 hrs. to do a 1.5 recall job, that's the 2-star rating. From the first phone call trying to set up appointment, representative was disinterested and almost seemed like didn’t want to schedule. After appointment, all they said was needed new tires, but would replace suspension if I wanted?? I picked up Jeep and took to another repair shop. They discovered tires had not been balanced and alignment was off. That seems like something that should’ve been discovered for the $200+ I paid to diagnose. Will not be bringing any of my other 4 Jeeps in for any service nor will I recommend to anyone. Actually I’m more likely to share my disappointing experience with anyone who asks. More
