We had called to set an appointment with a sales representative and we were lucky enough to be connected to Grant. We set a time and when we arrived Grant was so welcoming. We had some vehicles in m representative and we were lucky enough to be connected to Grant. We set a time and when we arrived Grant was so welcoming. We had some vehicles in mind that we wanted to view and drive. Grant was great to work with. He knew all about the vehicles, which was a bonus. We did purchase a vehicle and we will choose Lithia again in the future. Hopefully Grant will still be available to help us when that happens. I highly recommend Grant and Lithia Ford. More

Well my truck was there for 2 weeks I’m not a 💯 % sure what they said the problem was and fixed it but that obviously wasn’t the issue cost me 600 dollars and the problem is still there and now I have to what they said the problem was and fixed it but that obviously wasn’t the issue cost me 600 dollars and the problem is still there and now I have to reschedule and be out a vehicle again for who knows how long and then asked Tyler why no one called me about a bad wheel sensor and he said he knew nothing about that so it just looks like poor communication from the technician or he just didn’t care I don’t know but after 2 weeks you would think it would be properly diagnosed and repaired not very pleased More

This was my first visit to the Lithia Ford Service Center since purchasing my Lincoln Nautilus. My vehicle was due for its first oil change. Dustin took care of me at the Service Center.
