My rating is not the dealership but the service guy John in the oil change department. I took my car on for a regular oil change, I have lifetime oil changes. I knew it would take awhile because it always in the oil change department. I took my car on for a regular oil change, I have lifetime oil changes. I come back and he tells me my back tires are bald, I said they can't be they are only 8 months old it must be something wrong with the car. He said well let's go take a look. He took me out and sure enough my back passenger tire is bald on the outside. So he said let's get you set up to look at the back alignment. He made my appointment and asked if I will need a car for that day. I said no, however this brings up my last problem with lithia and Lisa. My car was in the shop for over a week and they said they couldn't give me a car until it was "diagnosed " I actually had to come back to get my car, so I had a vehicle to drive to and from work for 2 days that had major transmission issues and definitely not safe to drive. Now we don't really know what the problem is today but John was ready to get me a vehicle that day. That my friend is GREAT service. More
