The car buying experience was fine, but they lacked communication (couldn't get set up for a test drive after trying to for a week in advance), attention to detail (let me leave without paying my down communication (couldn't get set up for a test drive after trying to for a week in advance), attention to detail (let me leave without paying my down payment), and utilized what I find to be dishonest practices (allowed me to think I was getting my loan through one lender, then pulled the rug out from under me so they could use their in-house lender, which I can already tell will be a worse overall experience even if nothing about the loan changed) More
