Service center is terrible. Was booked past a month out they said, no loner vehicle for my grandparents while there only vehicle was in the shop for a warranty issue. Had the ca Was booked past a month out they said, no loner vehicle for my grandparents while there only vehicle was in the shop for a warranty issue. Had the car for over a week and left the vehicle on there lot sitting for at least 2 days before calling to say it was finished. They also left it covered in 2 inches of snow which my 90 year old grandfather had to clean off. He then had to wait there for 10 minutes while the vehicle defrosted to a drivable state. More
