It is impossible to contact anyone in the service department. Calling, texting, and emailing. It is ridiculous. Even the people who work the front counters are rude and unprofessional. It makes me no department. Calling, texting, and emailing. It is ridiculous. Even the people who work the front counters are rude and unprofessional. It makes me not want to continue getting my car done there. I made an appointment at another dealership and the same day someone called to confirm. You need to get better customer service and better communication. More
