I was able to test drive without a sales rep which allowed me to get a better feel for what I’ll be taking home with me. The finance department made purchasing the vehicle a pleasure. Layne was great and informative on warranties and best overall package for my purchase. The customer service at Lithia was amazing. All in all, I valued the time and patience that Lithia Hyundai, Nathan, and Layne provided in my car shopping experience. If you can request Nathan, I 100% suggest it. More

My car developed an oil leak the day after getting the oil changed back in November. I brought it in a week later only to be told the oil change couldn’t have caused the leak and that they didn’t have the oil changed back in November. I paid $200 to have the part express shipped and have yet to hear back from anyone. This has been the absolute worst customer service i have ever recieved. A month after paying the $200 (beginning of a December) my husband had to physically walk in, because neither of us could get a phone call back, to find out the part was actually in. They gave him a card with a number to call to schedule the repair. We have both called and left messages the last month trying to schedule and have yet to get a call back. So for two months i have been trying to schedule a repair and have not been able to. It’s completely ridiculous that I have already paid $200 towards this repair that I was told would be done in November and can not get anyone to call back and my husband got the run around when he walked in and spoke directly with someone.
