I had an appointment time of 9 AM to get an oil change and it still took two hours and 20 minutes for it to be done. My seat was moved in three different directions when I got back into my car. And somebody left an oily rag on my passenger seat that then ruined my seat cover. And made my whole car smell like oil and grease. More

Everyone was very nice and helpful. When what I came in for was out of budget, they found something that was. The only negative is the interior was not cleaned. it's the second time I brought the xxxx thing in there for the windshield wipers and it's brand new and the windshield wipers keep breaking and I was told that this keeps happening to others as well so wh for the windshield wipers and it's brand new and the windshield wipers keep breaking and I was told that this keeps happening to others as well so why would you not have the xxxx parts on hand is beyond me. I had to wait for ever for a couple quick services Oil change and a diagnostics to say Yep windshield wipers are broke. We don't have the part and now I still don't have windshield wipers. It has been almost 2 months and I have no xxxx windshield wipers I mean come on. More
