We came to the dealership 3 times. First time was to look at the vehicle were interested in person. Two staff helped us. They were nice and informative. No communication about the status of your vehicle throughout the day. Diagnosis report came back with filter needing to change but no call about it so I need to make another appointment to have it ch throughout the day.
