Fast and direct, at other dealerships they are not as transparent…they ask you to leave your car with no idea how long you will be out a car. So impressed with the way they handled this situation. I purchased a 2013 Santa Fe for my daughter from a private party in Seward. I had it about a month and the engine went bad. I looked online and sa I purchased a 2013 Santa Fe for my daughter from a private party in Seward. I had it about a month and the engine went bad. I looked online and saw that there was a recall on this engine. I hauled it to Hyundai of Anchorage and they took care of me. They inspected the engine and sent in the results. A week later they installed a new engine at no cost to me. I thought they would give me a hard time about the mileage or lack of service records but they didn’t. They helped me when I needed help and I can’t say enough about how impressed and grateful I am. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. Best car dealer experience ever! More
