My car was in your shop for almost a month. When done the bolts was loose and my son try to tighten it coz it was so noisy. Now my engine still makes noise when running. Made an appointment several weeks in advance for a recall fix. I take time off work, and drive an hour to the appointment, to be told they don’t have the parts. Being transparent about wait times would be amazing. Being told afternoon appointments are quicker and still waiting two hours for an oil change is absurd. I came in for a scheduled oil change, and I waited 3 hours before my car was even moved to the bay over all 3 1/2 hours for an oil change. I’ll be doing it myself from now on.
