Their service department is just horrible. for a few years, their service department is impossible to contact. They say they are unavailable to answer phone calls during the time we are trying for a few years, their service department is impossible to contact. They say they are unavailable to answer phone calls during the time we are trying to call. so, from 6am-5pm they are unable to answer their phones. I even put in a complaint to the better borough, and they tried for month and a half to get ahold of them and could not reach anyone. Their response to any and all complains are automated which i guess goes directly to their trash bin. I would not recommend buying anything from this place as they do not live up to their commitments. Try the dodge lithia as they are more responsive. also, if they offer that lifetime oil change, deny it! you're paying a lot of money for a service that this place will not benefit you in the long run as they do not answer any of our concerns. I went in for a 11,500 checkup and the notes said the pressure was checked in my tires after tire rotation but they were not and the pressure on each tire was quite a range. Communication is severely lacking. It took several weeks just to get in contact with somebody to schedule an appointment.
