Absolutely horrible communication. For weeks that my vehicle was in the service center I received no call backs. No one answers the phone at the service center so I would have to choose the sales line and they said they “walked” over and someone would call me. Eric was always out of the office. No one helped me. I live 7 hours away and had to leave the car there for repair. I ended up having to pay someone to physically go into the service center to get an answer on my vehicle. More

Everyone I encountered was very friendly. The woman at the service desk handled customers and their problems very well. The system for complementary service could be improved. I tried to make an appointment, but was unable to speak to a live human. I drove 1.5 hours one way to get there only to wait 3 more hours due to "first come, first served" that i want aware of. A 3 hour wait for that service seems excessive. Also, phone numbers online in several places for service dept connects to a Chevy dealership. They actually gave me the Lithia phone number. More
