Absolutely horrible communication. For weeks that my vehicle was in the service center I received no call backs. Everyone I encountered was very friendly. The woman at the service desk handled customers and their problems very well. The system for complementary service could be improved. I tried to make an appointment, but was unable to speak to a live human. I drove 1.5 hours one way to get there only to wait 3 more hours due to "first come, first served" that i want aware of. A 3 hour wait for that service seems excessive. Also, phone numbers online in several places for service dept connects to a Chevy dealership. They actually gave me the Lithia phone number. More
