My wife and I drove several cars from several dealers in the Reno, Sparks’ area. As the saying goes, “You never get a second chance to make a first impression” would best describe Lithia Hyundai of Reno. The initial visit was me only, in the “just looking” phase and a test drive of a 2018 Sonata. My expectations were high, with a no games approach with Product Specialist, Dakota Werner. He conceptually agreed and did so with a sense of trust, seldom experienced. I was very impressed with the SEL model and just as impressed with Dakota. Several days later, my wife and I returned to the dealership to possibly make a purchase. Dakota greeted us with the same professional and courteous demeanor as before. Upon choosing a 2018 Sonata Sport and yet another test drive, it was “show” time. Dakota introduced us to Mr. Joseph Collazo, who assisted with the terms of the deal. Again, they both demonstrated a high level of trust and professionalism, resulting in a “no hassle” deal. I’ve since had opportunity to meet some of the support staff in service and parts department, and they too, represent the dealership and Hyundai brand well. I would highly recommend Lithia Hyundai of Reno. More
