My first experience was so positive; I had worked with Tabitha for routine service and the experience was wonderful. I'm new in Reno and I felt I had found my new home for car service. Unfortunately, an experience over a weekend recently was not so good. About a week after my routine service, I returned to make an appointment due to a check engine light. The writer during that visit (I don't recall his name) explained the car would need to be left overnight, and a rental wouldn't be available until the work was verified to be covered by insurance. I depend ony car (it's a new Hyundai Sonata, 2021). A competitor had an appointment available on the same day as what would have occurred with your dealership. The competitor, however, hooked the car up to some diagnostic equipment, reviewed codes, and provided some tangible info to me after a very reasonable wait time. I waited in their waiting room. The competitor is now my preferred dealer for service, as well as a purchase of another car when my Hyundai lease expires. I suspect your huge firm is simply too comfortable with it's position in the market. More

Got a runaround regarding warranty service for my truck. Was told to tack it to the dodge dealer. Not a problem until I ask for a loaner then couldn't get Matt to return my call.
