My engine blew up—I was very worried until Matt in service told me it was under warranty and they would take care of it. I always come here to get my car serviced. Some may say oh dealerships aren’t too expensive and they’re just trying to make money. This might be true but ever since my first visit, Matt Franceschini has be oh dealerships aren’t too expensive and they’re just trying to make money. This might be true but ever since my first visit, Matt Franceschini has been excellent, showing compassion, respect, and courtesy at the highest level. My last service was a transmission fluid change and he told me that the total was going to be around $1500. I was a little bit shocked but it was something that had to be done. But even he knew something was wrong. So he double and triple checked with the mechanics and even called Hyundai, and found out that was a lifetime transmission fluid for a different engine, and the new total came out to be less than half that amount. The amount of work everybody at that dealership puts into making sure everything is right is well worth the extra money. I’ve come to trust this dealer fully with my car. More
