I had a disappointing experience. I had a serious issue with the tire blowing up a month ago on the freeway as I was travelling 65-70 mph. Thank god, I was safely able to get to a triangle safety zone with no cars behind me. Highway patrol had to tow me to the nearest shoulder. Thereafter, I was not pleased that I had to shell out $$ for a brand new car. First I was asked to contact customer service, and customer service stated that the rim is covered with warranty and only the tire was not covered and provided me the Pirelli contact details. I called Pirelli and they asked me to have your service manager forward the tire remains via your supplier to them, so they will evaluate and reimburse. I stated this to the Lithia service manager and also provide case numbers with Hyundai Customer service and case number with Pirelli. Unfortunately the service advisor was stating the contrary with Hyundai customer service, and using "outside influence" etc.. that was unneeded. The car was then supposed to be fixed and provided Monday (dropped off on Wedneday evening), and it was a provided a week later, and I had to check up on the status constantly. No loaner was provided. I also spoke to the service manager and asked for a price break due to the circumstances and he said he would get back to me. NO call back and I reminded the service advisor about the same. No call to date, really disappointed with this experience and regret this experience overall. Not sure why I would need to call so many folks and obtain contrary advice. Dropped a note to Lithia as well, and also escalated on service line. More

If he did not know an answer to my questions, he would find take the time to find someone or somewhere to help me. Lance always gave me superior service always explaining what and why I needed the servicing he recommended. . I always knew I could trust him and that my vehicle would take my grandchildren and great grandchildren safely on our vacations. Many kudos to Lance and this dealership. More
