I called Toyota of Livermore for an appointment to get it checked out. I called at 9:00am and had an appointment that afternoon at 1:00pm. This met my schedule. I arrived and in about 30 minutes the battery was changed and I was on my way. Great service, great timing and great customer service (Dan). More
Sergio, Angelo, and Jericho were awesome! I’m a first time car buyer and Livermore Toyota made getting the car I wanted easy. Livermore gave me more for my trade-in than I had expected. I cleaned the battery terminals on my Sienna and it arc'd damaging the radio unit. 2. A reconditioned replacement was priced at $3100 plus installation since the car was our of warranty. 3. Email to Rick Souza asking for more info on repairs went unanswered 4. No help from national Toyota service either. I was able to get the Radio unit repaired in a short time locally at the cost of $1000--Power supply board was damaged and I also got the Map Drive replaced in the price.( this drive had gone defective four months earlier and at time the cost to repair was also $3100. Unfortunately I had delayed that repair. In summary--Overpriced repairs, service is poor. More
Livermore Toyota is blind to the disabled. Today my husband (who is in a wheelchair) and myself went to Livermore Toyota to look at a C-HR and to see if they had the new Corolla in. We pulled Today my husband (who is in a wheelchair) and myself went to Livermore Toyota to look at a C-HR and to see if they had the new Corolla in. We pulled into a disabled space only to be confronted by both handicapped accessible ramps blocked by their new vehicles. I made a comment to the Salsman standing there watching my husband negotiate the curbs and the salesperson laughed. He was with his clients. When I made a comment about this not being cool, he laughed again, but his male costumer came back, went inside, told the receptionist. Several minutes later they moved one vehicle from one of the ramps. No apologies. The receptionist was sent out to say oppps. We ended up leaving, not a single person acknowledged us, we were laughed at when the dealership was violating ADA provisions, and to add insult to injury they put the car back as we were leaving. It wasn’t until later when I posted my experience on Facebook both illegally parked vehicles were moved. Based on our experience it is clear the diversity and inclusion culture of the staff, management and dealership is nonexistent with regards to the disabled. Ironically, though maybe not important the person they were so disrespectful of, it also one of the towns Councilmembers. I would not recommend this dealership if accessibility is at all an issue. Respectfully, One very displeased almost customer. More

I got stuck in the area due to some rodents chewed up my car’s wiring. I was initially promised it will be done and released on Tuesday but was not delivered until Wednesday COB. Additionally, while fixing the car, they broke my windshield or so they say and had to be replaced. When all was done and when I got hone, I noticed that my battery was replaced by a very old one (I am guessing a 10 year old battery when my car is only 3 year old). I tried calling them and leaving a message but do not even bother returning my call. I live 400 miles away from them so no way I can drop by and follow up with them personally. More
One problem after another. I will start at the beginning when I went to your web site and saw you had a few 2017 RAV4 hybrids left and they had the 3000.00 rebate. So I called t I will start at the beginning when I went to your web site and saw you had a few 2017 RAV4 hybrids left and they had the 3000.00 rebate. So I called the number and talked with Alex, she asked if I could drive to the dealership so my questions would be answered better. My main question was what the finance rate would be with the rebate. So I drove 50 miles to talk with Alex, when I arrived they had Carlos help me. He showed me the RAV4 and was helpful with the questions I had about the car. Then we went and sat in the dealership and asked the sales questions how much are you going to put as down payment, are you trading in your car. So after going back and forth with the sales manger, Carlos we were not able to come to a deal that was in my budget. So I drove back home. After going over my budget I found a way for the deal to work and called Carlos to see if the offer was still good. He checked with one of the managers and they said yes. So I told him I would be there at 9:00 am when they opened. I arrived at 8:50 am and waited. We started the paperwork and had to wait until the weekly meetings were done. Carlos left to pick up the RAV4 from the Roseville dealership at around 9:30 am. Next up going to the finance department were Mark was going to help. We started to fill out the paperwork, one of the questions I had was who was the finance company. I made it clear to Mark, Carlos and the sale manager that it needed to be Toyota finance. I bought it to everyone attention that when my father bought a car at this dealership they financed his car though Capital One and had nothing but problems with them if you sent extra money to go toward the principal. We also went over extended warranty and was told that you need the extra warranty because if you have problems after the 3 year warranty with the hybrid battery it would cost 7000.00 to replace. We also went over the maintenance program and I bought up that I only drive 5000 mile per year. He still said that I should get the maintenance program because I would have the oil changed ever 5000 miles. I ended up taking both. We finished up the paperwork with a interest rate of 2.49% with what I thought was financing with Toyota finance. Next up was waiting for Carlos to return fron Roseville. I continued to wait and wait. Around 2:00 I asked one of the sale managers if they had heard from Carlos and if they knew when he would arrive. They said he was on his way. Around 3:05pm I saw him park the car in front of the building and then go to help a customer that was waiting for him as I sat and waited. After 5 minutes someone drove the car to be detailed and I am still waiting. At 4:10pm And the car is still not ready i told them that I was leaving in the car that I was trading in and would come back in the morning. When I got home I started to take a closer look at the paperwork because it’s easier to read on paper then on the computer screen in the finance office. This is when I discovered that the maintenance program does not fit my driving habits because oil changes are every 10000 mile, not every 5000 like I was told. That means for the five year maintenance program between 2 and 3 oil changes and a 25000 tuneup. The plan does not fit my driving style. I also looked into the extended warranty and found out that the hybrid battery is covered for 8 years, not the 3 years I was told. So when I returned at 9:00 am the next morning I asked to speak with the general manager and was told he was busy and someone else would help. They listen to all of the issues that I have had though this buying experience and had someone in find a better extended warranty for my needs. We did the paperwork over and removed the maintenance program and added a extended warranty. The loan would have the same interest rate 2.49%. Next up the car was finally ready and someone would go over the features of the car. I told them that before I went over the car I still wanted to talk with the general manager about my buying experience. I met with David P.. And went over everything that I have wrote here and he was sorry that my experience had gone this bad and if he could help with anything to give him a call. Next we went over the car the new car which had 174 miles on the odometer which seemed like a lot of miles when it was only driven from Roseville to Livermore. I left the dealership around 12:00 pm. Everything was good, I really like the car. Then I get a phone call from Safe America to go over a loan interview. I told her that my loan was with Toyota finance and I was going to call Livermore Toyota. I called and asked to speak with David but he was not in and someone else listened to my experience and referred me to Dan in finance. After talking with him he said I could go with Toyota finance but the interest rate would be a lot higher. This is not what I was told when I was buying the car because I would not have purchased the car at that kind of interest rate. I told him that I would talk to David P. and left a second message on his voicemail around 12:50pm. As of 8:25pm I have not hear back and that’s why I am writing this letter. I also spoke with Brianna H. today and told about my experience and she didn’t seem to care and said the problem was with finance and could not help. I am hoping that someone can help address my experience at Livermore Toyota. Thanks More
