I have been purchasing and servicing Mercedes Benz automobiles at Loeber Motors for 26 years. Loever Motors has been consistent professional, responsive and cost-effective. Do not trust Loeber Motors. We paid for a brand new car in early January on the representation that it would take 2-4 days to fix a paint defect. Only after they took our money We paid for a brand new car in early January on the representation that it would take 2-4 days to fix a paint defect. Only after they took our money did they disclose that it would actually take a month to fix the paint defect. It has now been a month since we paid for the car and we are currently being told the work has not been completed and there is no timetable for when the paint defect would be fixed (and that it will likely be another month). We asked for our money back and everyone at Loeber that we can get on the phone says they cannot help us and that we need to talk to the general manager. Despite several messages, the general manager has not returned our calls or efforts to contact him. We paid 20k over MSRP in order to get the car immediately and we would not have done that if they had been upfront that the car will not be ready for 60 days. They have not offered anything to make the situation right (we literally cannot even get any decision maker on the phone). They have our money and have not provided the new car (without paint defect as promised). Our lawyer says we need to sue and hopefully it doesn't come to that. Posting this as a warning to anyone else who is promised any sort of timeline from Loeber - they will say anything just to get your money. They have made zero effort to attempt to make the situation right (in fact they kept trying to get us to pay for winter tires despite now not being able to deliver the car until Spring). More
Called into the dealership to purchase a vehicle (E63s). A final edition E63s is a speciality vehicle that a consumer could reasonably understand a market adjustment on as they’re limited vehicles. A regularly mass produced E63s is not a specialty vehicle, and definitely not a vehicle that would hold any sort of value after a year. Dealership is looking to screw someone out of $30,000 over sticker. According to pricing statistics on E63s models that would put a consumer at almost a $55,000+ Loss over a 6 month period. Covid Pricing tactics are long over with. BUYER BEAWARE More

I have had the pleasure of working with Adam Bachan for almost a decade now and I can honestly say that he is the best car salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Adam is not just knowled almost a decade now and I can honestly say that he is the best car salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Adam is not just knowledgeable about the cars he sells, but he is also extremely patient, kind, and always goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are satisfied. Recently, I purchased my 2023 C300 with Adam and I couldn't be happier. He helped me navigate all the features of the car and answered all of my questions in a clear and concise manner. He made the car buying process simple and straightforward. Adam's attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile make him an asset to any car dealership. I have recommended him to friends and family members who have also had excellent experiences with him. If you are looking to purchase a new car and want to work with someone who truly cares about your satisfaction, look no further than Adam Bachan. He is a five-star salesperson and I look forward to working with him for many years to come. More

My wife took her brand new car that's under warranty to get some things checked. First BILL the service writer gives her the keys to a loaner, walks away totally disengaged. She gets in the car only to fin get some things checked. First BILL the service writer gives her the keys to a loaner, walks away totally disengaged. She gets in the car only to find out it's on EMPTY. 2ND: Of course a few days later they find a bubble in a tire that costs over $350 to fix and install, balance. I called the service writer BILL to get clarification and he's the same as expected, not giving a f*xx and tells me the tire IS NOT covered under the warranty. I then spoke to the GM Mike Mesic who also gave 2 xxxxs accusing my wife of hitting a pothole tells me "LEAVE A BAD SURVEY IF YOU WANT" . So now I give 2 xxxxs right back and will leave a review. It's not about the money, It's about WHO gets my money. If you want their attention to hurt them where it counts FILL OUT A SURVEY! Hurt them on THEIR COMMISSION and BONUS CHECKS!! FILL OUT A SURVEY!! FILL OUT A SURVEY!! A SURVEY affects NOT ONLY ratings but their MONEY $$$. Sooner or later bad surveys lead to bad news for management because NO OWNER LIKES TO LOSE MONEY!. Loeber won't get another dime from me or my referrals. Unfortunately I was forced to purchase the tire BUT I did request the "damaged" tire back and sure enough it has a yellow circle around NOTHING! There is NO BUBBLE ON MY TIRE! How would I know if the tire wasn't defected? You got me guys! But this is what happens when you disrespect a mans wife. Dealerships make the majority of their money on the back end. Extended Warranties, wheel/tire package, interior xx, rust proof xx, gap Insurance (I recommend ) and the service department. Owners rely HEAVILY on the service department to keep them in business. Why do you think they always find something wrong? A car in service under warranty does them NO GOOD . I'm writing this review SO THAT YOU THE COMMUNITY CONSUMER DO YOUR RESEARCH AND READ REVIEWS! I'll stick to purchasing from people that deserve my hard earned money. Visit other Mercedes dealerships before going here. It's not about the money guys, it's about how to treat your customers. I told you Don't play with your customers but since you played the wrong one here's the first of many ZERO STAR REVIEWS. Hopefully you'll learn to be grateful and appreciate the communities business someday. More
