Unfortunately, my one experience with the dealership where I was called a liar by a gentlemen when asking for my extra key which I never received has left me with a negative view on the place. This was not the first time I had come there requesting the key and promised by multiple employees that it was somewhere in the building but they just needed to find it and would get back with me. I finally got the key with, and with no apology. " Ma'am do we need to call your husband you seem upset?" The vehicle is mine and I'm not married was my response! More
