Always a great experience. We leased a Sedona a few years ago, then a Telluride. We just purchased the Telluride when the lease expired. The service is always great and every is very courteous, but I was very unhappy when I got my car back and it was all wet. No one dried it after washing my car. Brought my car in to fix the window regulator and they didn't put my door back together right and now the door is broken! I am frustrated with Lokey kia and their service department NOT checking their w didn't put my door back together right and now the door is broken! I am frustrated with Lokey kia and their service department NOT checking their work and left my window dirty with their fingerprints and now a broken door!! And now I'm losing money and time having to come back AGAIN due to your negligence! Not a happy customer More
