I brought my car in for a recall service and oil change/tire rotation. When dropping off my car I filled out a form to request the services I wanted done while my car was at the dealership and I req change/tire rotation. When dropping off my car I filled out a form to request the services I wanted done while my car was at the dealership and I requested a detail service. The service was not provided nor was it communicated to me that it was not going to be done. I was very disappointed with the service and communication from the dealership.
