Overall, Lokey is a great dealership and has a very helpful staff. Recently, however, there was an incident where my car was dropped off for an oil change and a recall, and left untouched and was never helpful staff. Recently, however, there was an incident where my car was dropped off for an oil change and a recall, and left untouched and was never checked into the system. My phone calls were never returned, and they weren't aware of the issue until I attempted to pick it up right before close. They apologized for their error, gave me a loaner car and kept my car to work on the next day. More
