We had no intention of buying a vehicle, and there was absolutely no pressure to buy one. We were toying with the idea of trading in both of our 6 year old vehicles and downsizing to just one since we wer absolutely no pressure to buy one. Come to find out, in the current seller's market, we had enough equity to pay off both cars without rolling anything into the loan and still have some to apply to the down payment. We were treated like family and we love our 2022 Sorrento! More

Something good something not. Im glad to have periodic service, but this time I was not very happy. My car is a 2016. They told me I had to replace the battery ($190). But I wanted a second opinion, and i service, but this time I was not very happy. My car is a 2016. They told me I had to replace the battery ($190). But I wanted a second opinion, and it came out my battery was just fine. I dont appreciate at all that someone try to steal me money. Not happy. They was also supposed to wash the car but they didn’t. Ill go next service as it is a periodic check, but Ill always ask a second opinion on everything from now on. More

Only Kia dealership in area assisting customers in service, did not even purchase vehicle here but service so far has been good. Not only do they try and fit you in they do the service and are honest service, did not even purchase vehicle here but service so far has been good. Not only do they try and fit you in they do the service and are honest and honor warranty more than I can say for Friendly Kia in New port Rickey. I asked for more to be done they were honest and said it didn’t need it yet and that was wear parts so they would of benefited. More
