Unethical, service tech, they lie about things that need servicing and tell you they need to order parts. Got a second opinion from another dealership and I didn't need to pay anything. I love this dealership because of the way Dave in service treats me as a customer. I believe him to be honest and straight forward. He makes me feel like Lokey family, yet he is professional and knowledgeabl treats me as a customer. I believe him to be honest and straight forward. I’m no longer impressed with the service manager, because my significant other, who is a top car salesman in Bradenton called him and left 3 messages and I called him and 3 messages and he has never called either of us in return. It is as if we were not important and our questions regarding my car sitting on his lot for 3 to 4 months didn’t matter. As customers, when a manager doesn’t call you back, they have shown you your worth as a customer to them. A reassuring call was all we were looking for and then we left a message for the sales manger because Howard, my sig other was thinking maybe it’s time I purchase another vehicle, but he never called him back either. So the bottom line is that if not for Dave, I would not return to Lokey. Something has changed, because I have dealt with this company for years, bought 3 cars here, but I’m not sure where I’ll buy my next car. So, so disappointed with the management’s customer service skills. But love Dave in service! More
