I would never use these people ever again! The worst service I’ve had in my entire new car owning life! And I have bought at least a dozen new cars in my life. No regard for the customer no regard for t service I’ve had in my entire new car owning life! And I have bought at least a dozen new cars in my life. No regard for the customer no regard for the customers time! Terrible communication and the staff had no desire to say good morning or even look you in the eye let alone ask if they can help you. I had an appointment and waited over 30 minutes just to talk to a service advisor. Again steer clear find another Kia dealership I love the car hate the dealer! More
