Terrible, broke multiple things, each time I came back to get fixed they broke something else qnd I just totalled the car and none of my airbags went off 4ight after they touched my dash to replace the vents get fixed they broke something else qnd I just totalled the car and none of my airbags went off 4ight after they touched my dash to replace the vents they broke. Pretty sure they broke my airbags and that's y I have brain damage and was in q coma for days. Kia corporate is being asked to investigate the incompetence. More

Juan Aviles did an outstanding job and took care of everything that I brought up. I told him that my tail light on my 2022 Kia K5 was leaking and there was discolored paint spots. I fully expected to b everything that I brought up. I told him that my tail light on my 2022 Kia K5 was leaking and there was discolored paint spots. I fully expected to be told that nothing was wrong and that it wasn’t their fault. I told him that you could clearly see the issues when you washed the vehicle. He then after my oil changed had the vehicle washed to take a look. Most would have blown this off. He came back and said that it was in fact an issue and scheduled a date with a rental car for me while it was in shop. Outstanding!!! More
