We visited the vast majority of Tampa Bay’s dealerships in our hunt for a car, but no dealership was as professional, friendly, and accommodating as Lokey Kia. The customer service was phenomenal from the in our hunt for a car, but no dealership was as professional, friendly, and accommodating as Lokey Kia. The customer service was phenomenal from the second we pulled up to our continuing communications today, and we could not be more grateful. We had the pleasure of working with Paul and Wolf who formed the sales dream team, as well as Robert, the finance manager, who made sure that we had everything we need to protect our new 2021 Kia Sorento. There were no pushy, grimy sales tactics, and the entire team was wholly invested in making sure not only that we were happy, but that we got everything we actually wanted despite a global chip shortage and resulting inventory crisis.
