I was seen the minute I arrived and was told the work to be done would take one hour to one hour and 10 minutes. Well, one hour and 5 minutes later I was on my way home. This was my first Kia purchase and I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of the vehicle. The Sorento drives beautifully and has an appealing appearance. Buying the car was a great experience. After buying the car....not so great. My car ended up being totaled due to someone else's neglient driving and I was sent on a wild goose chase to get the service co car....not so great. My car ended up being totaled due to someone else's neglient driving and I was sent on a wild goose chase to get the service contract and maintenance extra garble that GAP doesn't cover canceled and have gotten the runaround from KIA twice. At first I was told that GAP would collect the amount for the canceled warranties, which turned out to be FALSE! I then contacted KIA again and was met on the phone by some overly empowered self-proclaimed manager who said his name was "Mark Richards". Doubtful that was his real name. He was unbelieveably rude and impatient and not at all helpful. I am still stuck without resolution and the unbearable task of still having to make the drive to the dealership once again to speak with someone who will actually assist me.....without attitude! More
