We came all the way from St. Petersburg because through the Sam’s Club auto buying program they had the best price so we felt it was worth going that far, BTW it’s 17 miles but of course we were also skept the Sam’s Club auto buying program they had the best price so we felt it was worth going that far, BTW it’s 17 miles but of course we were also skeptical that they weren’t going to have that deal and lo and behold surprise surprise they did and they even offer the same price for a vehicle we really wanted ie:the color we wanted,Red, the cloth seats. The only reason I gave them a four out of five star is the dealer prep was to put it mildly half assed done and we paid for the protection Xylon I believe they call it and we brought it back and complained about how the car really wasn’t cleaned properly, a lot of the plastic coverings still there which we pulled most off, the windows still had like a film that wasn’t cleaned, dried up soap on the mirror some glue on the hood. They have promised to make it right. The manager of the prep department, Brandon, was not happy that even the Xylon wasn’t done because there was some glue on the hood from whatever was stuck there and he said that if the Xylon was done the glue wouldn’t still be there. Other than that very pleased and the young salesman that helped us did a very nice job for being new at his job, Malik seems like he’s got a good head on his shoulders and that he will have a very good career doing his job More

I was very disappointed when I brought my car for maintenance they did a xxxx poor job, said my car didn't need maitenance service. They did the least they could, they said they checked the air becau maintenance they did a xxxx poor job, said my car didn't need maitenance service. They did the least they could, they said they checked the air because it was supposed to be covered in the maitenance inspection and they checked fine but my husband had to ask them to check it because it wasn't working, charged us 100 dollars for that, windshield wipers needed replacing they didn't ask about that either, they say they rotated the tires but it's not on the ppw that they did either. I was very dissatisfied. More
