Waiting area was very accommodating with drinks, food, phone chargers, TV's etc. Friendly and informative staff doesn't hurt with the free oil changes and car washes for life when buying a car from here! Arriving on time for my oil change and tire sensor replacement appointment, I waited three hours. THREE HOURS for a 20 minute oil change and 20 minute TPMS swap and pairing. Sure, the free six minute replacement appointment, I waited three hours. THREE HOURS for a 20 minute oil change and 20 minute TPMS swap and pairing. Sure, the free six minute wash and vacuum were nice, but it wasn't in need of it. Afterwards, there's now a loud vibration at 35-40 MPH at light acceleration, so I now need to wait eight days to bring it back in. Probably I'll have to wait another three hours for that appointment as well. More
