I’ve been dealing with lokey Kia for the past 4 years now, they are very disorganized and poor customer service specially over the phone. Files were never updated through vehicle service, it was always a now, they are very disorganized and poor customer service specially over the phone. Files were never updated through vehicle service, it was always a hassle trying to get information. They informed me my vehicle was ready after an engine change which took 40 days, no worries on the time but the vehicle was delivered to me completely full of bird poop on the exterior and absolutely dirty in the interior. Very displeased with the whole experience. Only reason I continue to take my vehicle in is for the unlimited oil changes which is a promise made at purchase. Highly disappointed. More
