Prior to buying my 2019 Kia I owned a 2017. I was very happy with the service that is the reason I came back to bye another car. I was disappointed with the way my contract was handed. I made i I was very happy with the service that is the reason I came back to bye another car. I was disappointed with the way my contract was handed. I made it very clear that I did not want to exceed $350 per my monthly payments that did not happen. I also felt that the finance officer push the information along so rapidly that when explaining my contract I was under the impression that everything on the contract was included in the $350 monthly payments . I am now paying $416 which will add a larger payment to my monthly bills. I don’t like to leave a negative comment, but in this case your organization left me with no other choice. More
